Payment reports break down transactions by payment method, status, and time period. Use them to reconcile cash, verify card deposits, and track failed payments.

Generating a Payment Report

  1. Go to Reports → Payments
    Navigate to the Payment Reports section.
  2. Set Date Range
    Choose the period to analyze.
  3. Filter by Method (Optional)
    View all methods or filter to just Card, Cash, or Check.
  4. View Results
    See totals per method, successful vs. failed, and individual transactions.
