Send targeted email campaigns to your client base for promotions, newsletters, announcements, and re-engagement. Built-in templates make it easy.

Creating a Campaign

  1. Go to Marketing → Email Campaigns
    Navigate to the email marketing section.
  2. Click + New Campaign
    Start a new email campaign.
  3. Choose a Template
    Select from built-in templates (newsletter, promotion, announcement) or start blank.
  4. Customize the Content
    Edit the subject line, body text, images, and call-to-action buttons.
  5. Select Recipients
    Choose your audience: All clients, Active clients, clients with specific tags, or clients at a specific location.
  6. Preview and Send
    Preview the email, send a test to yourself, then click Send Campaign or Schedule for a future date.

Always include an unsubscribe link. This is required by law. The system adds one automatically at the bottom of every campaign.

Campaign Tracking

After sending, track performance:

  • Open rate — Percentage of recipients who opened the email
  • Click rate — Percentage who clicked a link
  • Unsubscribes — People who opted out
  • Bounces — Invalid email addresses
