Email Marketing
Send targeted email campaigns to your client base for promotions, newsletters, announcements, and re-engagement. Built-in templates make it easy.
Creating a Campaign
- Go to Marketing → Email CampaignsNavigate to the email marketing section.
- Click + New CampaignStart a new email campaign.
- Choose a TemplateSelect from built-in templates (newsletter, promotion, announcement) or start blank.
- Customize the ContentEdit the subject line, body text, images, and call-to-action buttons.
- Select RecipientsChoose your audience: All clients, Active clients, clients with specific tags, or clients at a specific location.
- Preview and SendPreview the email, send a test to yourself, then click Send Campaign or Schedule for a future date.
Client Segmentation
Send targeted messages by filtering your audience:

| Active clients | Loyalty offers, new service announcements |
| Inactive clients | Re-engagement ("We miss you") campaigns |
| By tag | VIP-only offers, interest-based content |
| By location | Location-specific events and promotions |
| By last visit date | Haven't visited in 30/60/90 days |
Always include an unsubscribe link. This is required by law. The system adds one automatically at the bottom of every campaign.
Campaign Tracking
After sending, track performance:
- Open rate — Percentage of recipients who opened the email
- Click rate — Percentage who clicked a link
- Unsubscribes — People who opted out
- Bounces — Invalid email addresses
