Billing statements provide a summary of a client's charges, payments, and balance for a date range. You can print them, email them, or save them as PDF.

Generating a Statement

  1. Open the Client's Billing Tab
    Navigate to the client's profile and click Billing.
  2. Click Statement
    Click the Statement button in the billing toolbar.
  3. Set the Date Range
    Select start and end dates. The statement will include all transactions in this range.
  4. Preview and Send
    Preview the statement, then choose to Print, Email to Client, or Download PDF.

What's on the Statement

  • Business name and contact info (header)
  • Client name and account number
  • Date range covered
  • Starting balance
  • Itemized charges and payments with dates
  • Ending balance

Tip: If a client disputes a charge, pulling up their statement is the fastest way to review the history together.
