Managing Bookings
After bookings are created, you'll need to edit, reschedule, cancel, or mark no-shows. All changes are logged and clients are notified automatically.
Editing a Booking
- Click the AppointmentClick on the appointment in the calendar to open its details.
- Click EditModify the service, provider, notes, or other details.
- Save ChangesClick Save. The client receives an update notification if the time or provider changed.
Rescheduling
- Open the BookingClick the appointment on the calendar.
- Click RescheduleThe date/time picker opens, showing available slots.
- Select New TimeChoose the new date and time. Confirm the change.
Drag and drop: In Day or Week view, you can drag an appointment to a different time slot to quickly reschedule it.
Cancelling a Booking
- Open the BookingClick the appointment.
- Click CancelSelect a cancellation reason from the dropdown.
- ConfirmThe appointment is removed from the calendar and the client is notified.
Marking No-Shows
If a client doesn't arrive for their appointment, click the booking and select No Show. This updates the status and records it on the client's history for tracking patterns.
