After bookings are created, you'll need to edit, reschedule, cancel, or mark no-shows. All changes are logged and clients are notified automatically.

Editing a Booking

  1. Click the Appointment
    Click on the appointment in the calendar to open its details.
  2. Click Edit
    Modify the service, provider, notes, or other details.
  3. Save Changes
    Click Save. The client receives an update notification if the time or provider changed.

Rescheduling

  1. Open the Booking
    Click the appointment on the calendar.
  2. Click Reschedule
    The date/time picker opens, showing available slots.
  3. Select New Time
    Choose the new date and time. Confirm the change.

Drag and drop: In Day or Week view, you can drag an appointment to a different time slot to quickly reschedule it.

Cancelling a Booking

  1. Open the Booking
    Click the appointment.
  2. Click Cancel
    Select a cancellation reason from the dropdown.
  3. Confirm
    The appointment is removed from the calendar and the client is notified.

Marking No-Shows

If a client doesn't arrive for their appointment, click the booking and select No Show. This updates the status and records it on the client's history for tracking patterns.
