Notification Types

Configuring Notifications

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
    Navigate to the notification settings area.
  2. Toggle Notification Types
    Turn each notification type on or off as needed.
  3. Choose Channels
    Select whether notifications are sent via Email, SMS, or both.
  4. Customize Templates (Optional)
    Edit the message text and include your business name, location, and other details.

24-hour reminders reduce no-shows by up to 30%. Keep them enabled unless clients specifically ask to opt out.
