Booking Notifications
Automated notifications reduce no-shows and keep clients informed. Configure what gets sent and when.
Notification Types

| Booking confirmation | Immediately after booking | On |
| Reminder (24 hours) | 24 hours before appointment | On |
| Reminder (1 hour) | 1 hour before appointment | Off |
| Reschedule notice | When appointment time changes | On |

Configuring Notifications
- Go to Settings → NotificationsNavigate to the notification settings area.
- Toggle Notification TypesTurn each notification type on or off as needed.
- Choose ChannelsSelect whether notifications are sent via Email, SMS, or both.
- Customize Templates (Optional)Edit the message text and include your business name, location, and other details.
24-hour reminders reduce no-shows by up to 30%. Keep them enabled unless clients specifically ask to opt out.
