Front Desk Dashboard
The front desk dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your day — who's coming in, who's checked in, pending tasks, and today's key numbers. It refreshes automatically.
Dashboard Sections

Today's Stats BarAt the top, see at-a-glance numbers: scheduled appointments, checked-in clients, walk-ins today, and revenue collected.

Appointment QueueA list of today's appointments sorted by time. Each entry shows client name, service, provider, and status (Scheduled, Checked In, In Progress, Complete).

Check-In FeedReal-time feed showing clients as they check in. New check-ins appear at the top with a notification sound (if enabled).

Quick ActionsButtons for common tasks: Check In Client, New Walk-In, New Task, Quick Payment.
Auto-Refresh
The dashboard refreshes every 30 seconds to show the latest data. You'll see new check-ins and status changes without manually reloading the page.
Keep it open. The front desk dashboard is designed to stay open all day on a dedicated screen or tab. It's your real-time view of everything happening at your location.
Appointment Status Flow
| Status | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Scheduled | Blue | Booked but client hasn't arrived yet |
| Checked In | Green | Client has arrived and checked in |
| In Progress | Yellow | Service is currently being provided |
| Completed | Gray | Visit is done |
| No Show | Red | Client didn't arrive |
