Your first step is accessing the staff portal. You'll use the email and password provided by your manager. This lesson covers the login process, password resets, and common troubleshooting.

Step-by-Step Login

  1. Open the Staff Portal
    Navigate to your business portal URL in a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge). Your manager will provide the exact URL for your organization.
  2. Enter Your Credentials
    Type your email address in the first field and your password in the second field. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  3. Click Sign In
    Press the Sign In button or hit Enter on your keyboard. If your credentials are correct, you'll be taken to the staff dashboard.
  4. Select Your Location (if prompted)
    If your account has access to multiple locations, you may be asked to select your current working location. This filters the data you see throughout the system.

Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password or need to change it:

  1. Click Forgot Password
    On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link below the password field.
  2. Enter Your Email
    Enter the email address associated with your staff account and click Send Reset Link.
  3. Check Your Inbox
    You'll receive an email with a password reset link. Click the link within 1 hour — it expires after that.
  4. Create a New Password
    Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters). Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for security.

Don't share your login. Each staff member must use their own credentials. Shared logins create security risks and make activity tracking unreliable.

Staying Signed In

Your session will stay active as long as your browser tab is open. If you close the browser or remain inactive for an extended period, you'll be asked to log in again. This is a security feature to protect client data.

Tip: Bookmark the login page for quick access. On shared computers (like front desk stations), always log out when you're done.

Troubleshooting

"Invalid email or password" error

Double-check for typos. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you've tried multiple times, use the password reset link.

Not receiving the reset email

Check your spam/junk folder. Make sure you're using the email address your manager registered. If you still don't see it, ask your manager to verify your account email.

Reset link expired

Password reset links expire after 1 hour. Request a new one by going through the "Forgot Password" flow again.

Account locked

After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact your manager to unlock it.
