After each sale, offer the client a receipt. You can print a paper receipt, send one via email, or both.

After a Sale Completes

  1. Choose Receipt Method
    After a sale completes, the POS prompts with options: Print, Email, Both, or No Receipt.
  2. Print
    Sends to the configured receipt printer. The receipt prints automatically.
  3. Email
    If the client is linked, sends to their email on file. If not, you can type an email address.

Reprinting a Receipt

  1. Click History on the POS
    View recent transactions.
  2. Find the Transaction
    Search by client name, receipt number, or date.
  3. Click Reprint
    Prints or emails a duplicate receipt marked as "COPY."

Go paperless: Encourage email receipts. They're searchable, can't be lost, and reduce paper waste.
