Receipts & Printing
After each sale, offer the client a receipt. You can print a paper receipt, send one via email, or both.
After a Sale Completes
- Choose Receipt MethodAfter a sale completes, the POS prompts with options: Print, Email, Both, or No Receipt.
- PrintSends to the configured receipt printer. The receipt prints automatically.
- EmailIf the client is linked, sends to their email on file. If not, you can type an email address.
Reprinting a Receipt
- Click History on the POSView recent transactions.
- Find the TransactionSearch by client name, receipt number, or date.
- Click ReprintPrints or emails a duplicate receipt marked as "COPY."
Go paperless: Encourage email receipts. They're searchable, can't be lost, and reduce paper waste.
