Performance Tracking
Track staff performance through system metrics — appointments completed, revenue generated, tasks finished, and client interactions. Use this data for reviews and optimization.
Viewing Staff Metrics
- Go to Reports → Staff PerformanceNavigate to the performance section.
- Select Staff MemberChoose a team member from the dropdown, or view all staff side by side.
- Set Date RangeChoose the period to analyze (this week, this month, custom range).
Available Metrics
| Metric | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Appointments completed | Number of appointments marked as completed |
| Revenue generated | Total payments collected by this staff member |
| Clients served | Unique clients interacted with |
| Tasks completed | Number of tasks marked as done |
| Average check-in to service time | How long clients wait after checking in |
| No-show rate | Percentage of their appointments that were no-shows |
Use for positive reinforcement. Performance data works best when used to recognize top performers and identify coaching opportunities — not as a punitive tool.
