Where we genuinely win, and where we don't

We're not the right tool for a 50,000-unit national portfolio. RealPage and Yardi will keep that business — they should. They've built the right tools for it.

We win when: you're under 300 units, you care about resident experience, you want modern UX and AI-native features, you don't have enterprise IT to manage a 12-month implementation, and your monthly software budget per property is under $300.

We don't win when: you need decades of public-housing compliance reporting, you're managing $5B+ AUM, you need 100+ proprietary integrations with property-specific tools, or you require an account manager assigned to your business as a contractual SLA.
